Swiss Cheese, Bacon, and Beer Dip

This tasty dip made with Swiss cheese, bacon, and beer is great for a party. This dip is irresistible because it has the rich taste of Swiss cheese, the salty taste of bacon, and a hint of beer. It's simple to make and will be gone in no time!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded


• 8 oz cream cheese, softened


• 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled


• 1/2 cup beer


• 1/4 cup mayonnaise


• 1/4 cup sour cream


• 1/4 cup chopped green onions


• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine Swiss cheese, cream cheese, cooked bacon, beer, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper

Mix until well combined and smooth

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

Garnish with additional chopped green onions and bacon bits if desired

Serve with pretzels, crackers, or vegetable sticks
