Juicy Keto Meatloaf

Indulge in the juiciness of this keto-friendly meatloaf, packed with flavor and low in carbs. It's a perfect dish for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, sugar-free ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined


Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press down evenly


Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160F 70C


Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
