Instructions:Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C Gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl Mix the dry ingredients with the olive oil and milk until a dough forms Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape each piece into a small pizza crust Spread shredded cheese out evenly on each crust, leaving a little space around the edges Add crumbled bacon to the top of each pizza Carefully place an egg in the middle of each pizza Add salt and pepper to the eggs as needed Heat the oven to 350F Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny Take it out of the oven and, if you want, add fresh herbs on top Serve right away and enjoy!
